We greet the World Anti-Imperialist Women’s Platform as working women from Europe.
NATO is the armed force of imperialism; it is a war machine. It serves the interests of capital by setting peoples against each other, plundering natural resources, occupying countries, and oppressing working people. Wherever it has gone, it has left behind destruction, tears, death, and darkness. Women and working people have paid the highest price. There is only one answer to this aggressive tool of a united anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist struggle led by the working class and working women.
As working women, we stand against this system not only because of our gender, but also because of our class. We fight to overthrow the capitalist-imperialist system of exploration and to build a new socialist world based on the revolutionary and democratic power of the working class and oppressed peoples.
The unity and determination that bring us together on this platform are a guarantee of international solidarity among working women and of victory against imperialism.
Long live the unity of the people’s struggle! Long live the united struggle of women!
